Last Time, It Hurt

He'll Be Back
Ryan Donato walks down the tunnels of the United Center in Chicago after the 2-1 loss to Minnesota-Duluth in the Frozen Four. A sophomore at the time, Donato used the defeat as motivation to improve over the summer and come out of the gates strong in 2017-2018.
Father and Son, Heartbroken
After bowing out of the NCAA Tournament in April's Frozen Four, coach Donato leaves the ice and lets his son Ryan have a moment with the outgoing seniors.
Defend the 'Pot
Coach Donato, pictured here with last year's Beanpot trophy, hopes his Harvard team can retain Boston bragging rights by defending the crown in 2018.
