Harvard GSD Bridges History with the Contemporary in Medieval Architecture Exhibit

The Harvard Graduate School of Design displayed “Envisioning Cluny: Kenneth Conant and Representations of Medieval Architecture, 1872–2025”— an exhibition tracing the efforts of Kenneth J. Conant, Class of 1915, to reimagine Cluny III, a prominent European church destroyed during the French Revolution.


‘Love Overrules’: Hank Willis Thomas Discusses Artistic Meaning at IOP Forum

Artist Hank Willis Thomas spoke about how love guides his artwork at a Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics forum on Monday. During the discussion — which was moderated by Harvard professor Sarah Elizabeth Lewis and co-hosted by the Institutional Antiracism and Accountability Project — Thomas discussed several of his major artistic works, including “The Embrace” and “Loverules.”


Harvard Prof. Eric Rentschler Sanctioned for Violating Sexual Harassment Policies

Germanic Languages and Literatures professor Eric Rentschler was placed on two-year administrative leave for violating the Faculty of Arts and Sciences’ sexual and gender-based harassment and professional conduct policies, Dean Hopi E. Hoekstra announced in an internal email.​​​​​​​
