- Harvard junior Miriam Rutzen helped the Harvard women’s basketball team clinch a berth to the WNIT on Saturday night, putting up 12 points and a team-high 11 rebounds in the Crimson’s 65-59 victory against Cornell. It was Rutzen’s second double-double of the 2011-12 season. By Sarah P Reid

- Junior guard Elle Hagedorn drives to the basket during the Harvard women’s basketball team’s 88-64 win over Columbia on Friday night. Hagedorn recorded her first double-double, recording 11 points and 13 boards. By Meredith H. Keffer

Cyr - Junior midfield Micaela Cyr paced the Harvard women’s lacrosse team with three goals in the Crimson’s 12-6 loss to Cornell on Saturday. Cyr missed much of last season with a torn ACL but has rebounded strongly in the opening of 2012. She tallied four scores in the team’s opening two games. By Steven A Soto
