- Former Law School Dean and Solicitor General Elena Kagan has been nominated by President Barack Obama to replace Justice John Paul Stevens on the Supreme Court. Once a student at Harvard Law School, Kagan became the first woman to lead the Law School and will become the youngest Justice on the Supreme Court, if confirmed. By Danielle Kim
