Last month, Charlesview, Inc. agreed in principle to a land-swap with Harvard, culminating three years of negotations between the two entities over the Charlesview Apartment complex.

The proposal solidifes Harvard’s hope for a cohesive campus in Allston, but like most of Harvard’s acquistions, it has attracted a fair share of controversy.
