DOJ Sues Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu ’07 Over Sanctuary City Policy
The Harvard men’s golf team started its season in impressive fashion this weekend, finishing in fifth place at the Dartmouth Invitational Tournament. Despite competing with one of the youngest squads, the Crimson proved it was one of the strongest teams in the 15 team field.
After shooting a combined score of 309 on Saturday, Harvard turned in the best round of any team on Sunday, carding an impressive 297.
“We’re very pleased with the way we played [on Sunday],” captain Chris Wu said. “We just had a tough start [on Saturday] and dug ourselves a pretty deep hole.”
Wu picked up where he left off in the spring and shot 71-71-142 for the tournament, finishing in second place, two strokes behind the winner.
Elsewhere for Harvard, junior D.J Hynes started off shaky on Saturday with a 79, but rebounded nicely on Sunday and turned in a solid 73.
