8:48:13 p.m.—A Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officer took a report of a previous rape in a graduate dormitory. HUPD is conducting a confidential investigation.

March 8

1:36:37a.m.—Officers stopped a party in Leverett House who did not belong in the building. Officers arrested Craig Rush, 36, of Somerville, for trespassing and breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony.

2:36:55 a.m.—An officer observed a party acting suspiciously in Widener Library. After a field interview, the officer determined the party had several warrants for their arrest. Officers arrested Jason McKenney, 21. who is homeless, for warrant service.

9:43:56 p.m.—Officers were dispatched to Pound Hall on a report of shouting in the lobby. Officers confirmed that the parties were on a debate team and advised the parties to keep the debating in the forum room.

March 9

9:46:07 a.m.—An officer was sent to Rockefeller Hall to take a report of stolen food items.

March 10

1:04:52 a.m.—HUPD officers assisted Cambridge Police Department (CPD) officers with a prisoner search on Western Avenue.

March 11

12:49:46 a.m.—Officers were sent to Quincy House on a report of a broken window that was determined to be vandalism.

March 12

5:20:53 p.m.—An officer was dispatched to Eliot House to take a report of a previously stolen palm pilot. Officers also took a report

of a stolen iPod music player.

March 13

12:08:41 a.m.—Officers were sent to Holmes Hall in Pforzheimer House to investigate a theft in progress. A check of the area for suspects turned up negative. Officers filed a report for a stolen laptop and an electronic game.

8:03:10 p.m.—HUPD officers were dispatched to Sanders Theatre on a report of a male individual with a hidden camera. Officers said they spoke to the male and nothing appeared to be going on.

8:53:43 p.m.—Officers were sent to Kirkland House to investigate a report of a fight in progress in the kitchen. Officers arrested Earl R. Moss, 40, of Roxbury, for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and threat to commit a crime.
