By The Crimson Staff

On the heels of yet another 100-plus yard performance Saturday, sophomore running back Clifton Dawson was named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Dawson had two touchdowns and 111 yards rushing in Harvard’s 41-14 win over Northeastern.

With 12 total scores on the year—11 on the ground—Dawson is two TDs away from tying the Crimson record for both rushing TDs and overall touchdowns. He also has had at least 100 yards rushing in 10 of his past 11 games.

Dawson is currently the Ivy League rushing leader with 134 yards per game, as well as the leading scorer in Division I-AA with an average of 14.4 points per game.
