Sept. 24:

1:31 a.m.--A caller reported a loud party in the Straus Hall common room. Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officers responded and quieted the party.

3:01 p.m.--HUPD officers assisted a procession from Memorial Church to the Square.

4:47 p.m.--HUPD responded to a report of a domestic altercation near the Business School. At the scene, they arrested Dequan Wand, 33, of Allston for simple assault.

10:57 p.m.--Officers investigated two suspicious people near the bike racks in front of Canaday Hall B-entry. After a field interview and a check for warrants, the two men were released.

Sept. 25:

5:51 a.m.--A security guard thought the glass flowers exhibit at the Harvard Museum of Natural History might have been tampered with. HUPD officers investigated but found everything in order.

2:39 p.m.--Harvard Real Estate requested that a homeless person sleeping outside 2 Mt. Auburn St. be removed. HUPD sent the man on his way.

5:31 p.m.--HUPD assisted a Massachusetts State Police bicycle officer who had stopped three suspicious people near the Anderson bridge. The state police took one individual into custody.

Sept. 26:

12:19 a.m.--HUPD checked on someone sleeping in the basement of Lowell House. Officers determined that although at one point the individual had been a guest of a House resident, the guest was no longer wanted. He was sent on his way with a trespass warning.

7:40 p.m.--A monitor at the Malkin Athletic Center reported three men entering without IDs. When officers responded, two of the suspects fled. After a brief foot chase, HUPD stopped the men and interviewed them. The suspects were checked for outstanding warrants, and HUPD confiscated two mountain bikes.

Sept. 27:

8:17 a.m.--HUPD officers stood by at the Holyoke Center while an employee was terminated.
