8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
Two mini-tower computers were stolen from the Science Center some time last week, according to Peggy A. McNamara, a spokesperson for the Harvard University Police Department.
The Faculty of Arts and Sciences Computer Services reported the computers missing March 29, McNamara said.
The computer were taken between 5 p.m. on March 26 and 3:42 p.m. on March 29, when computer service persons notified the police, she said.
The two computers, which have not been recovered, are estimated to be worth $2,700 each, McNamara said.
Police detectives have dusted for fingerprints, but the results of these tests are unknown at this time, McNamara said.
"There were no indications that there were any witnesses [to the theft]," she added.
