I found James Sullivan's March 23 Op-Ed to be truthful and courageous. Raises are not enough to cover the cost of living expenses that keep on going up. Employees need more protection from the inflationary costs of living in this area. It's shameful to pay someone like Mr. Sullivan that low a wage!
