Both the Harvard Square Information Booth near the T, and the Harvard University Events & Information booth in the Holyoke Center claim to be rich depositories of "information." But how much do they really know?

At the booth in the Square, there is an elderly volunteer attendant. He has coffee stains on his shirt.

FM: You have information, right?

Attendant: Yes.

FM: Where can I find true love?

Attendant: Excuse me? What is that exactly?

FM: You know, the emotional state of being in love.

Attendant: I mean, is it a place?

FM: It could be, I guess.

Attendant: Is it a store?

FM: Maybe. It's possible.

Attendant: [breaks out the Yellow Pages. Flips to "T."] I'm sorry, but I can't find any true love here.

FM: That's all right. I'll just keep looking.

At the desk in the Holyoke Center, there is a respectable-looking attendant in a tie. There are also other people in line waiting for information.

Attendant: Can I help you?

FM: Can you direct me to the right concentration for me?

Attendant: [With an expression that screams "Can't you see I'm wearing a tie?"] The...?

FM: [runs away]
