Guinier will not add diversity to the HLS faculty. She is, unfortunately, a continuance of the Law School's leftward trend.

In recruiting Guinier, Harvard Law School ignores scholars with opinions that extend beyond the radical spectrum. This is a great loss for Harvard and emphasizes our lack of true diversity.
