The fact that Harvard is not a fraternity-oriented school has much to do with the type of students who comprise the undergraduate population. Those students make individual decisions whether or not they wish to drink; this choice at a given party or event is personal, and it has nothing to do with the Universiy or its overly-lauded alcohol policy.
