For no reason should The Tasty, that cramped, grease-ridden snack shop, be allowed to remain in fair Harvard Square. In fact, the entire corner presents an architectural eyesore. Age alone does not justify continued existence; no one makes scenic monuments to bawdy Babylonian bordellos. True, Harvard Square needs a 24-hour restaurant, but the Tasty is not the answer.
