Bob Dole To Deliver Speech at K-School

By Gregory S. Krauss

His post election tour has included interviews on Letter-man, one-liners on Saturday Night Live and a commercial for Visa.

Now former Republican presidential candidate and Senate majority leader Bob Dole will deliver a speech at the ARCO forum at the Kennedy School of Government (KSG) this Tuesday at 1 p.m.

Tickets will be distributed to members of the Harvard community by lottery. Sign-ups for the lottery will take place outside Littauer 250 in the KSG over the weekend and from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, April 14.

The results will be posted in the same place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday. Tickets may then be picked up with a Harvard ID. A computer randomly chooses names so those entering the lottery will have an equal chance no matter when they sign up.

Dole will also attend Institute of Politics study groups led by former senator Alan K. Simpson and IOP fellow Jill Hanson.

A Harvard ID will be required for entrance to the event.
