Christopher G. Roberts' '01 letter regarding National Coming Out of Homosexuality Day was a perfectly reasonable (though highly debatable) summary of majority conservative Christian beliefs regarding sexual orientation However, he claimed that his statement reflected the beliefs of all Christians, when in fact there is a diversity of opinion concerning sexual orientation in Christian churches and among Christian laity and clergy.
