The staff assumes that keeping Cabot open 24 hours a day during term time is a done deal. But before we urge the that administration to open Hilles and Lamount round-the-clock as well, let's count our chickens.

For now, let's urge the College to institute a reasonable compromise that recognizes students' need to study late into the night in warmth: keep Cabot open 7:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. weekdays, and until 3 a.m. weekends when studying in dorms is nearly impossible.
