8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
Dean of the College Harry R. Lewis '68 announced last week that Judy Fox, coordinator of the Harvard Neighbors program for the last 10 years, will serve as director of the Parents Association.
Fox, who will continue in her post at Harvard Neighbors, has two children, both of whom have already finished college (one at Princeton and one in the Harvard Class of 1994).
In a memo, Lewis said that Fox is well aware of the concerns of both undergraduates and their parents.
"I hope that you will join me in welcoming Judy to these new responsibilities," Lewis wrote. "We certainly are fortunate to be able to benefit from her familiarity with the University, her tremendous organizational skills and ideas, and her kind interest in bringing mothers, fathers, and guardians into this community and interpreting their needs."
Fox, whose office is at 17 Quincy Street, succeeds Ellen Hatfield Towne, who has moved to Colorado.
