April showers may bring May flowers, but they also delay sporting events. The Harvard baseball team was to have played B.U. yesterday in the Beanpot consolation game, but the damp conditions caused the matchup to be put off until today at noon.
The game is a seven-inning affair and will take place at Fenway Park. Seven errors led to Harvard's 12-3 loss to Boston College in Monday's opener.
Likewise, the Harvard women's lacrosse team's game at Brown was postponed by the rains. As of yet, no make-up date has been announced for the Crimson, who lost to Maryland in its last contest, 14-4.
