I am glad to see that Radcliffe is finally giving up the pretense of being a real college. I also support the elimination of unnecessary bureaucracy. Why should we need a Dean of the College for a "college" that consists of little more than the Schlesinger's world-class collection of cookbooks and back issues of Vogue? But I object to discriminatory programs that provide certain resources to women and not to men. We hope that these resources will eventually be opened up to all students.
