The Way To Yale

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The following are basic directions to New Haven, Conn., home of Yale University and this Saturday's football game:

From Harvard Square:

Cross the river to Soldier's Field Road. Get on the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) near the Genzyme factory, before the Doubletree Suites Hotel.

Stay on I-90 West (towards Newton, New York) until the I-84 West junction; there will be plenty of signs for New York. Stay on I-84 until Hartford; change to state route 15, which will have a turnoff for I-91 South to New Haven.

Stay on I-91 South until the end; do not get onto I-95. The highway ends in New Haven; take Exit 1 for downtown connector. Take Exit 3 off the connector for York Street. Contuining on York Street leads into the heart of downtown and the edge of Old Campus on Chapel Street.

Bring $3.00 for tolls on the Mass Pike.
