The staff is content to point out the Republican party's hypocrisy for not taking Social Security benefits. True consistency would entail major cuts in the Social Security program. And since our generation won't see a dime anyway, the Republicans have a duty to consider seriously the elimination of this bloated welfare program for the elderly.
