DOJ Sues Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu ’07 Over Sanctuary City Policy
A "well-known malefactor" was arrested yesterday around noon at the Holyoke Center area, Harvard Police Chief Paul E. Johnson said.
The 35-year old man was arrested for an outstanding Boston warrant for shoplifting.
Detectives Richard Maderos and Paul Westland made the arrest and the suspect was immediately transported to Cambridge District 14 for booking.
