Headline Loves bananas, will wear monkey suit
Home: Currier House and Carmichael, CA
Concentration: Social Anthropology
Etc.: Famous for knowing everybody
If it's true that he knows everyone at Harvard: I get a lot of that. I do meet new people every day on line at the salad bar. But it's amazing how many people there are here. No, it's a fallacy. I don't know eveyone yet. But I'm working on it.
Name the women in Weld 46: Tell me their last names.
Hansen: Janna
Bergan: Nikia
Angell: Elizabeth
Favorite TV show: I loved Moonlighting. I used to clip the ads and put them in a photo album, but I think that's just because of Cybil Sheperd.
Favorite scene in Moonlighting: There was this one time they dropped money from the second floor of a mall. I think that broke ground in television.
Interesting hobbies: I have a TV Guide collection from 1983-1992.
Where he got that idea: There was an episode on Mama's Family where Vinton tries to impress Naomi by telling her he has every TV Guide since 1963. My sister and I thought that was so romantic.
What he likes most about Harvard: The students. In high school, if you were different--if you took AP courses--you were immediately characterized as a geek. Here is a gathering of all the geeks in the world.
Animal he would love to be: I've always been partial to monkeys. I volunteered for the Sacramento Public Library and dressed up as Curious George. I felt so at home in that monkey suit. Oh, and I love bananas. One time there were no bananas at breakfast so I asked for them.
Why bananas are not his favorite Dining Services food: I really like Escalloped Turkey.
