While I support the general enthusiasm toward helping other human beings, the United States has its own problems. There are children starving in this country everyday. People are freezing to death on the streets.

And, of course, we are $4 trillion in debt. Aid to Somalia, in terms of money for food and money for troop deployment, should be redirected to save citizens of this troubled country.
