Telephone Office Delays Billing

Slated for This Week

By Evan P. Cucci, Contributing Reporter

The Harvard Student Telephone Office will send the first bills of the year this week, an official said yesterday.

"We usually never run this late," said Marina Soler, supervisor for phone services. "[It's] only at the beginning of the semester."

The office held the bills, Soler said, in order to give students time to change options on their phone lines.

"We just want to make sure everyone is properly billed for services and charges," Soler said. "I'm sure it's not going to happen next time."

Starting in December, students will receive bills around the middle of every month.
