Sanders Theatre suffered minor damage this weekend from a smoldering electrical fire that caused "no smoke, no flame, and no injuries," officials said.
Brian S. Yankee, the building's operations manager, said several fire engines responded to the alarm Friday afternoon but the fire caused only slight damage to plaster and walls.
"You can't see it unless you know it's there," Yankee said.
Cambridge fire officials said the fire was caused by a wiring problem in an outlet.
