Grunwald Did Not Act Alone

To The Editors of The Crimson:

I am certain that in the writing of "JFK: The Untold Story," (Jan. 15) Michael R. Grunwald did not act alone.

If we believe for even a second that he did, we are accomplices after the fact. It is obvious that a rogue group of AALARMists, Lampoon mercenaries and disenchanted Crimson editors combined to create this myth to cover up the real facts of the life of JFK.

The fingerprints of the culprits are everywhere. Paragraph 12 consists of, among other things, a list of numbers ostensibly related to JFK's academic record at Choate. It does not take a math concentrator to see the pattern: "two ... two ... 65 ... 110." Drop the zero from 110 and you have 11. Put two and two together to get 22. Subtract one of the twos from 65 to get 63.

11, 22, 63--that is, November 22, 1963--the date Kennedy was shot.

Such blatant allusions cannot possibly have been the work of a single Crimson writer, the so-called "Michael R. Grunwald." Would a lone madman mention the Warren Commission report and then italicize the following: "The Committee will expect a careful answer to this question."?

This clearly shows that the poor sap "Grunwald," perhaps being held hostage by the junta in the basement of the Lampoon castle, was trying to inject a message for us into what he was being forced to say.

Note the four times that "sic" is used in the following paragraph. Could this "four sic" really mean "forensic," an oblique reference to the Kennedy autopsy report which has been suppressed by the military-industrial-Lampoon-CIA-FBI-Cuban-Communist-AALARM-LBJ-Mafia-BCCI-Nixon-Rudenstine coup d'etat elite (a massive conspiracy organization which has seized control of our government and at this time consists of just about everyone except Oliver Stone, Jim Garrison, Kevin Costner and a few people in Dubuque)?

I need hardly even answer.

If The Crimson even has the guts to publish this, it will be but the first step. The collaborators must be brought to justice, and the power elite will be brought to their knees. To ensure that others do not meet the fate of "Grunwald," to search for truth, to fight to retake what was taken from us on January 15, 1992; these are what America is all about.
