Superlative Coverage

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Once again you have awed me with your superlative coverage of major events on campus. The coverage of the football team's victory was voluminous, with three reporters there to get all the details.

Two stories focused on the hockey team's "stompin'" of a weak RPI squad. Other items worth your notice were the "Moose Menace" that is threatening New England "perhaps the Canadians are finally retaliating for all those years of acid rain", and two last place Democratic presidential candidates.

I have heard rumors of a successful weekend for the rugby team. Breakfast table gossip has it that the undefeated team made the final 16 of the national college tournament with a thrilling, come-from-behind, 16-15 victory last Sunday.

I even heard they will be travelling to Louisiana in December for the next round of the tournament: Could it be? I must admit I doubt the validity of these rumors. After all, it was not in The Crimson on Monday morning. Andrew J. Arends '92
