Dean to Announce Lottery Changes

Dean of the College L. Fred Jewett '57 is expected to announce today changes to the controversial housing lottery "experiment" planned for this year.

Under that system, 25 percent of the slots in eight of the 12 residential houses would have been filled randomly. Four house masters said they would not participate.
