To the Editors of The Crimson:
All who have recourse to the Blodgett Pool are aware of my frequent presence. Most change lanes when they witness my wide-angled progress and tortoise-rate speed. On my part, nothing has troubled me less than sharing the pool with the young women who arrive with their even more youthful offspring and thus escape for an hour or so into exceptionally vigorous relaxation. It is my strong impression that their young are free from any serious risk and are otherwise of no trouble or embarrassment to anyone. I plead strongly for a reconsideration of the rule which precludes what is surely a welcome escape from maternal routine. Walburg Professor of Economics Emeritus
