1. President Bok is expected to name a replacement for Law School Dean James Vorenberg '49 sometime this February. Vorenberg announced his resignation in April 1988, and the original time-table for naming a replacement has been scaled back from the beginning of the new year, to who knows when.
2. President Bok is expected to select a replacement for Kennedy School Dean Graham Allison '61, shortly before he steps down in July.
3. A new member of the seven-man Corporation, to replace departing Andrew Heiskell who announced his resignation more than a year ago, is expected to be named next month.
4. A new president of Radcliffe College, to replace departing President Matina S. Horner, is expected to be announced in six to eight weeks, college officials say.
5. The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), the state agency charged with investigating the merits of discrimination complaints, has been thought to be nearing a decision on the legality of the nine all-male final clubs for months now. In fact, a final ruling could be made as far as a year from now.
