In other transactions, the Cleveland Indians sent Chris Bando and Karl Pagel to Charleston of the International League, the New York Mets sold Mark Bomback to Toronto, the Milwaukee Brewers sent Mark Brouhard and Buster Keeton to Vancouver of the Pacific Coast League, and the Pittsburgh Pirates sent pitcher Bob Owchinko to Oakland for future considerations.
