CANTON, N.Y.--The St. Lawrence line of center Jamie Baker and wings Joe Day and Gary Robertson accounted for six goals Saturday, as the Saints routed Princeton, 10-1, for a sweep of their ECAC quarterfinal hockey series.

SLU (25-7 overall) will play Vermont in the semi finals at Boston Garden Friday.

The Saints, who led 1-0 after one period, blew the game open with a four-goal second period. SLU made it 2-0 at 5:40 of the second period as Robertson tipped in a shot by Mike Hurlbut on a power play. SLU's lead went to 3-0 at 8:36 when Day scored the first of his two goals off feeds from Robertson.

Baker scored unassisted at 16:26, and Day scored his second of the night and 20th of the year with 19 seconds to go to make it 5-0 after two periods.
