Ski Teams Finish Third
Paced by the cross-country teams, the Harvard men's and women's ski teams each placed a strong third at the first Division II ski tournament, hosted by the Crimson last weekend at New London, N. H.
The women's nordic team, led by Olympian Judy Rabinowitz, took first, second and fourth in the individual 10 kilometer race and finished second in the 3-by-5 K relay, after a controversial new waxing strategy it employed failed.
The men's nordic team, paced by Bill Kealay, took three of the top ten spots in the men's individual 15 K and finished third in the 3-by-8 K relay.
