IT IS IRRESPONSIBLE at present to call for the impeachment of the President. A special prosecutor and two Congressional committees are currently investigating his role in the Iran-contra affair. President Reagan erred in blatantly disregarding proper procedure; it would be unwise to make a similar mistake by leaping to a premature judgment of him.
