The Harvard men's and women's ski teams competed in the Division II Championships at Colby over the weekend and qualified seven team members for the Division I Championships at Middlebury next weekend.
Those qualifying for the Division I tournament included Co-Captain John Seybold, Co-Captain Per-Arne Weiner, Dan Carey, Ben Kahrl, Kristen Berggren, Manya Deehr, and Joy Clendenning.
At the Division II Championships, the men's team took seventh place overall. In the nordic competition, Seybold captured second place in the 14K race, while the team took fifth in the relay.
For the men's alpine team, Weiner took second in the giant slalom event, while Dane Wood placed 16th.
The women's team finished fourth overall with Deehr and Berggren placing third and fourth respectively in the 7K nordic event.
