The Boston Celtics, rolling along with the longest single-season home winning streak in NBA history, are closing in on other records.

They hardly could care less.

"I'm more concerned about how we play the last six games," center Robert Parish said. "I want to be on a positive note going into the playoffs. I don't want to slack off."

Forward Kevin McHale said: "I bet when I'm old and gray and I tell my grandchildren we won 28 straight at home, they'll say 'so what?' But if I say we won the world championship, they'll say 'oh, that's neat.'
