Crimson freshman forward Neil Phillips has been awarded Ivy League Rookie of the Week honors for his rally-sparking play in last Tuesday's 62-54 victory over Dartmouth. He scored a team-high 18 points in the contest, including 10 in the second half, to power Harvard (5-15 overall, 1-7 Ivy) to its first league victory of the year.

The 6-ft., 5-in. Phillips leads the men cagers with an 11.9 points-per-game average, and has paced the squad in scoring in 10 of its 20 contests. His mark of 5.8 rebounds per game is also tops on the team.

The Germantown, Md. native is the only player to have started every contest this season for the Crimson.
