PBH Elects New Officers

A Cabot House junior last night was elected to the presidency of Phillips Brooks House, Harvard's community service association.

Shawn A. MacDonald '88 will take over leadership of the organization from outgoing president Victoria Rivera '88 in January. He ran against Elisa Fernandez '88 and Tse Ming Yang '90.

After the election MacDonald said that he will spend the next year concentrating on organizing an endowment drive for the public service outfit and try to attract more recruits to PBH's various programs.

"PBH is the most important thing I've ever done in my life," said Macdonald. "I've had the opportunity to work with an incredible organization."

Carol M. Losos '88, who is also from Cabot House, was elected as PBH's new vice president.
