Former Dean of the Faculty Henry Rosovsky, who seven years ago declined an offer to become the 19th president of Yale University, said yesterday that he is still not considering the more to New Haven.

After yesterday's unexpected resignation of A. Bartlett Giamatti, Rososvskt said he "will not be succeeding" the Renaissance Literature scholar who will step down in June of 1986.
