Police Investigate Student Death

John P. Neumann '86 was positively identified as the man who fell from the 16th floor of the Criminal Courts building in New York City Wednesday afternoon.

Neumann's father identified the body at the City Morgue yesterday morning. New York City police official said.

The police are continuing to investigate the incident, but suicide seems likely, officials said yesterday.

Friends of Neumann's said he recently suffered a personal crisis, and was somewhat depressed before leaving for New York for the weekend.
