Pudding Ticket Theft

Short Takes

By Rachel H. Inker

Intruders broke into the box office of the Hasty Pudding Theatricals Company on Holyoke St. late Sunday night, stealing tickets and the seating chart.

Box office managers refused comment on the details of the break-in, but Boston Group Sales Manger Constance H. Trumbell '84 called the incident "very strange and very malicious."

"The theft will not cause any problems for ticket holders," Trumbell said, adding, "We lost some tickets, but we have extensive records."

Trumbell said the box office managers will "call people to make sure they get the tickets they ordered."

C. Joshua Felker '85, the Boston ticket sales manager, said that the theft affected only a small percentage of tickets. "Close to 80 percent of the tickets have been sent off," Felker said.
