For the first time in 41 years, Columbia finished a season winless, dropping its 11th consecutive contest to Brown, 28-14, at New York.

The Bruins notched their first scoring kickoff return in almost as long--37 years--with Jamie Potkul's third touchdown of the day. The 94-yd. third-quarter run came after Potkul's five-yd, run in the first stanza and 23-yd. reception from Eric Rosso in the second.

The Lions finished the year 0-9 overall, 0-7 in the league, while Brown took third in the Ivies at 4-5 overall, 4-3 in the league.
