At Providence, Dartmouth stunned Brown, rolling up 490 yards of total offense during a 27-11 upset.

Dartmouth dominated play from the beginning, taking the ball 88 yards for a score on its first possession behind the running of Lorenzo Chambers, who carried the ball nine times for 31 yards on the drive and scored on a one-yard leap.

The Big Green, which came into the contest with a 1-6 mark, marched 64 yards for another score on its second possession capped by a 15-yard. Mike Caraviello hit Doug Keate pass.

Brown fell to 3-3 in the Ivy League, 3-5 overall, Coupled with Yale's victory over Princeton, the Bruiny fell into fourth place in the Ancient Eight.
