Acting Cabot House Master Myra A. Mayman has invited Cambridge City Councilor and former Mayor Alfred E. Vellucci to become a House affiliate.
Vellucci, whose love-hate relationship with Harvard has swung from extreme to extreme in years past, had not as of yesterday responded to the offer.
Why Vellucci? "Why not?" said Mayman. "He's certainly a very interesting man, lively, not shy and retiring."
