URI first-year junior quarterback Tom Ehrhardt broke three school records and the Bruins' backs as he completed 29 passes for 410 yards and five touchdowns at Providence.

Brown (now 1-1) was penalized 10 times for 110 yards and URI 14 times for 112, as it racked up its largest margin of victory in 70 contests with Brown.
