Dartmouth College has named a new editor to its troubled Alumni Magazine, officials there announced earlier this month.

Douglas McCreary Greenwood will be the magazine's eighth editor. His appointment comes on the heels of the resignation of former editor Dennis Dinan, who charged that the university was censoring him on the publication of sensitive articles.

But in an indirect reference to the controversy, Greenwood said, "There's no question in my mind that the educational integrity and quality of the magazine will be maintained in the future." --The Daily Dartmouth
