BOSTON--Keith Crowder scored two goals and set up another Thursday night in rallying the Boston Bruins to a 3-2 National Hockey League victory over the Hartford Whalers.

Crowder tied the score at 2-2 on a Boston power play at 908 of the second period and followed with the game winner at 15 37 as the Bruins posted this fifth victory in the last six games

Hartford, winless in its last five games, and 1-8-2 in Boston as a member of the NHL.. jumped to a 10 lead as Normand Dupont scored on the Whalers first shot on goal
